In your app, you have the Orders tab, from where your are able to manage all the orders your shop receives.
The orders are appearing there in 3 ways:
1. When your customer places an order on your website using the shopping cart.
The order details will appear in the Orders tab in your app automatically.
2. When your customer places an order on your website using the Buy now with 1-Click button.
The order details will appear in the Orders tab in your app automatically.
3. When customer places an order via Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp or by phone. You will need to enter order details into the app manually.
