Quick guide to using the app

Using the app is intuitive and simple. As soon as you sign up, you will be redirected to the Home screen. From here you can access your Getting started checklist and track your progress in setting up the online shop. 

Your shop's analytics will be displayed here, as well as video tutorials covering the app's most important features. 

To switch to another tab, use the bottom navigation bar.

Tap on Products and get into the tab for adding and editing products, collections, discounts. 

To add a new product (collection, discount), tap the Plus button

and by swiping, you can edit, share or delete the existing one.

Now let us move to the Orders tab. Here you can add, delete, or edit orders and customers.

Use the Plus button to record a new order or customer, 

and swipe to the left - to view (and edit) or delete the existing one.

The next tab is Ads. From here, you will log in to your Facebook account and start your advertising campaign.

Now let us move to the Settings. Here you can add or edit payment options, delivery options, set up or adjust your shop info, customize shop's design, change the domain name.

From here you can also access the FAQ section, with lots of valuable information about the platform and its features, and also initiate a chat with the Customer Support agent.

In the My account section you can view (and edit) your profile information, access the information about the current version of the app, study the platform's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. 

Now let us move to the header of the screen. There are 3 buttons:

  • The Publish shop button will redirect you to the publishing form. After completing the form, accepting platform's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, clicking Save and publish, - you will have your online shop available across the web.

As soon as you publish your shop, this button will be replaced by the Preview shop button.

With its help, you can:

  • Copy or share your website (online shop’s) URL 

  • Start customizing the design of your shop

  • Visit your online shop

  • The Get help button will redirect you to the FAQ section, with lots of valuable information about the platform and its features, or will let you initiate a chat with the Customer Support agent.

  • Chat button in the top right corner of the screen provides access to your unified inbox. Go ahead and connect your Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp accounts to the platform, to manage all your conversations from one place.
