The Home tab provides access to the Getting started checklist, and also displays the shop's key metrics. Video tutorials covering the app's most important features could also be found here.
To switch from the app to your online shop, use the Preview shop button in the top left corner.
With its help, you can:
Copy or share your website (online shop’s) URL
Start customizing the design of your shop
Visit your online shop
Shop's analytics displays key metrics, such as the number of visitors and orders, page views, total sales, top selling products etc.
You can select the reported period. Swipe to the left to see all the available time intervals, and tap on the necessary one.
Under the list of top selling products, you will find the recent orders block. It will display the most recent orders, their current status, and the indicated sales channel. Just tap on the order to get more information or edit it.
To go to the full list of orders, use the See all button.
Use the chat button in the top right corner of the screen to manage conversations with customers.
The Get help button will redirect you to the FAQ section, with lots of valuable information about the platform and its features, or will let you initiate a chat with the Customer Support agent.
