Google Search Console plugin will help you monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot your website's presence in Google Search results.
To activate the Google Search Console plugin, navigate to Settings
→ Plugins
→ Google Search Console
Tap Activate.
For activating the plugin, you will need to confirm ownership rights for your online shop’s domain (subdomain or custom domain).
To do so, enter the Google Search Console meta tag into the Aleph Express app.
To have this meta tag, you will need:
Log in to (or create) your Google account
Go to the Google Search Console via the link.
Start connection by selecting the URL PREFIX tab.
Then enter your shop’s URL (web address) with HTTPS:// and tap Continue.
In the Verify ownership window, tap the COPY button to copy the HTML tag.
Go back to the Aleph Express app and paste the copied tag. Tap Save.
Return to the Google Search Console and tap Verify.
Done. The Google Search Console plugin has been activated.
Now you can track how your online shop performs in Google search results.
