Failed to connect the Messenger

If you are experiencing issues with connecting the Messenger to the app, please check the list of potential solutions.

On Facebook

1. For the recently created Facebook Pages, check the Page settings on potential issues and limitations.

2. Check whether your Facebook Page is published - instructions here

3. Check whether the public access is granted to your Facebook Page.  

Go to your Page settings 

→ Privacy Settings 

On Aleph Express 

4. Check the permissions you have granted.

When clicking the Edit access on the Log in screen, 

all the toggle buttons should be activated. On your device 

5. Clear cache on the apps: Aleph Express, Facebook native app, Google Chrome.

Settings on your Android phone → Apps (Apps and notifications) → Aleph Express 

→ Storage (Storage & cache) → Clear cache

Settings on your Android phone → Apps (Apps and notifications) → Facebook → Storage (Storage & cache) → Clear cache 

Clear cache on Google Chrome  

Settings on your Android phone → Apps (Apps and notifications) → Chrome → Storage (Storage & cache) → Clear cache
