How to set up delivery options



Go to Settings

→ Delivery options

In the Delivery options tab, tap the Add option button.

Select the type: delivery or pickup.

If Delivery is selected

Assign a name to the delivery option (for example, By courier, By mail, etc.).

The name will be displayed on the product page and in the cart during checkout.

Enter the delivery fee in the Price field. In case the delivery is free, put a 0 in the price field.

Fill in the delivery option description. Enter any additional information about the delivery option (for example, add the available delivery time slots).

The description will be displayed in the Cart at checkout.

Tap the Save button.

In case your shop carries out international shipping, then activate the Global delivery button when adding a delivery option. 

Your customer will then have an ability to select the delivery country in the Cart at checkout.

If Pickup is selected

Assign a name to the delivery option (for example, Pickup, Shop Pickup, etc.).

The name will be displayed on the product page and in the cart during checkout.

Fill in the delivery option description. Enter any additional information about the delivery to the pickup point option.

The description will be displayed in the Cart at checkout.

Add the custom pickup point address.

In case the pickup point address is the same as the one you specified when registering, just activate the corresponding toggle button. The address will be added automatically.

Tap the Save button.

How to edit a delivery option

In the list of delivery options, swipe left on the required option and select Edit, or just tap the necessary line.

Make the necessary changes in the displayed window Edit delivery option or Edit pickup option. 

Tap the Save button.

How to sort delivery options

Set the display order of the delivery options in the shop’s Cart at checkout.

To do this, tap the Sort button.

Holding the icon with the Drag and Drop icon, drag the blocks in the required order.

Then tap Save.

The delivery options will be displayed on the product page and in the cart in the order you set.

How to delete delivery options

In the list of delivery options, swipe left on the required option and select Delete. Then confirm the action.

You can also delete the shipping option in the Sort delivery list window. Tap the Cross icon in the needed Delivery line. Then tap Save.

Or delete the delivery option in the Edit window. Tap the 3 dots icon in the upper left corner and select Delete.
