How to manage Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

After you sign up to the platform, your online shop is automatically generated, together with the basic legal documents: Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are necessary to comply with local legal requirements. Links to these documents are fixed in the shop footer at all times. 

To manage your legal documents, go to Settings  → Customize design

→  Manual customize

→ Page

On the Navigation screen tap Manage pages

Select the necessary document, tap the 3 dots icon and select View

The ready-to-use templates already include the information about your business, specified by you during the signup.  

The Privacy Policy includes your full name (or legal name), shop name, contact email, physical address. To edit the data, tap Edit.

Make the necessary changes and tap Save.

To add your own legal template, activate the Customize content button,

then paste data into the Description field. Tap Save

The Terms and Conditions include your shop name, activated payment options, contact email etc. To edit the data, tap Edit

Make the necessary changes and tap Save.
