How to set up social links

In your app, you have the ability to add links to your different social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram etc), and to display these links on your website, in the format of social icons. These social icons with links to your accounts will be visible in the footer of your online shop, in the menu and on the Contact us page.

To add social links, go to Settings → Shop info,

tap Add social link, 

select the necessary platform.

How to add Facebook link

Go to Settings → Shop info.

Tap Add social link and select Facebook. 

Enter the link to the necessary Facebook Page.

To have the link, log into your Facebook account, go to Pages and select the necessary Page.

Go to the Page.

Then tap the 3 dots icon to access Page Settings.

Copy the link

and paste it into the field in your app. Tap Save.

How to add Instagram link

Go to Settings → Shop info. 

Tap Add social link and select Instagram. 

Enter your Instagram username.

To have the link, log in to your Instagram account, tap and then tap Edit Profile.

Copy your usernameand paste it into the field in your app. Tap Save.

How to add YouTube link

Go to Settings → Shop info. 

Tap Add social link and select YouTube.

Enter the link to the necessary YouTube channel.

To have the link, go to the YouTube app. Tap the profile icon in the upper right corner and select your channel.

Tap the 3 dots icon in the upper right corner.

Select Share.

Tap Copy link

and paste the link into the field in your app. 

❗️ Note: Paste link without: https://www.youtube.com/@. 
For example, if your link is: https://www.youtube.com/@tamplateurlchanel, then just paste tamplateurlchanel.

Tap Save.

How to add TikTok link

Go to Settings → Shop info. 

Tap Add social link and select TikTok. 

Enter your TikTok username. 

You may copy it from your TikTok Profile tab. 

Paste the username without @ and tap Save.

How to add Snapchat link

Go to Settings → Shop info. 

Tap Add social link and select Snapchat. 

Enter your Snapchat username. 

To have your username, tap the Profile icon in the left corner of your Snapchat app.  

Copy the username

and paste it into the field in your app. Tap Save.

How to add Pinterest link

Go to Settings → Shop info. 

Tap Add social link and select Pinterest.

Enter your Pinterest username. 

To have your username, tap the Profile icon in the left corner of your Pinterest app.  

Copy the username without @

and paste it into the field in your app. Tap Save.

How to sort social links

You can change the order in which social icons with links are displayed on your website: in the footer, in the menu, on the Contact us page. To sort the links, tap Sort. 

Hold the Drag-and-drop icon and drag the links in the required order.

Tap Save.
